Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

Martin is a Chartered Accountant and senior insurance and healthcare executive with more than 15 years' experience across health insurance, reinsurance, binder operations, and regulated financial services.

He has held executive leadership roles in insurer-backed health businesses, managed multi-country operations across Africa, and led large-scale financial and operational turnarounds. His background spans underwriting governance, claims management, regulatory compliance, and insurer–reinsurer structuring.

As CEO of ResQ Health, Martin is responsible for strategy, insurer partnerships, regulatory alignment, and the overall execution of ResQ Health's pan-African health insurance and emergency medical model.

Jaco is responsible for financial oversight, operational controls, and execution across the ResQ Health group.
